What does this job involve?

Looking for a site manager/construction manager for a company located in Valladolid. Responsibilities include:

- Site management and construction supervision in building and industrial projects.

- Health and Safety coordination during the construction phase.

- Regular site visits and monitoring compliance with the project and deadlines.

- Quality control of execution and financial control (measurements and certifications).

- Coordination with the client, subcontractors, trades, and other involved technicians.

- Preparation of technical documentation related to site management (site visit reports, Building Logbook, project completion documentation, etc.)

- Support in project drafting and measurements from the office.

 

Salary to be agreed based on experience and skills.
