Waiter/Waitress Wanted for Restaurant - Cafeteria

????️ Join our team as a Waiter/Waitress at Convento San Roque!

Hotel with its own restaurant, café, terrace, and hosting weddings and events.

    What will your day-to-day be like?

Your main responsibilities will include:

✅ Customer service, providing a friendly, professional, and attentive service.

✅ Preparing, organizing, and carrying out service in the café, terrace, and restaurant dining room.

✅ Attending to various services such as breakfasts, daily menu, à la carte, groups, and events.

✅ Participating in the setup and service of weddings, celebrations, and special events, adapting to different formats and workloads.

✅ Taking orders, serving tables, handling payments, and attending to customer needs during service.

✅ Preparing and serving coffee, soft drinks, wines, beers, cocktails, and other typical café and restaurant beverages.

✅ Restocking products and keeping the different work areas properly supplied.

✅ Preparing and performing the setup and takedown of tables, dining rooms, terrace, and event spaces.

✅ Keeping work areas clean, organized, and ready before, during, and after each service.

✅ Taking care of materials, crockery, glassware, cutlery, and equipment, reporting any issues.

✅ Communication and teamwork: coordinating with your colleagues in the dining room, kitchen, and reception to ensure smooth service.

✅ Supporting stock control, receiving goods, and organizing storage rooms and beverage coolers.

✔ Good appearance and attention to detail.

✔ Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

✔ Flexibility and availability to work at weddings and events, mainly on weekends.

✔ Knowledge of wines, table service, café service, and basic mixology will be valued.

✔ Willingness to learn, improve, and be part of a stable project.

???? Having your own vehicle is necessary if you do not live in Balmaseda.
