Front of House Team Member – Lunch Service

Dining room waiter/waitress (Lunch shift) at Emi X, the new gastronomic bar located in the Old Town of San Sebastián. Emi X, blends homemade Japanese cuisine with Spanish influences and a cozy atmosphere, focusing on hospitality and culinary innovation.

We are looking for a kind and attentive person to join the customer service team, helping to create a relaxed and memorable lunch experience for our guests.

In this position you will be responsible for:

Preparing the dining area before lunch service, welcoming guests and clearly explaining the menu, taking orders using the POS system, providing warm and attentive table service, serving drinks and coordinating effectively with the kitchen, processing payments when necessary, clearing, cleaning, and resetting the dining area after service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Job requirements

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or front-of-house preferred.

Languages: Confident communication in English and Spanish.

Other requirements: Friendly, considerate, and reliable approach; careful attention to cleanliness, presentation, and details; ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy periods; legal right to work in Spain; availability to work lunch shifts and weekends.

Job details

Contract: Part-time.

Schedule: Two or three days a week, from 12:00 to 17:00.

Location: Old Town, San Sebastián.

Salary and conditions: According to the applicable hospitality collective agreement in Gipuzkoa.
