Food Quality Technician (Permanent Contract)

In this position, you will be responsible for...

Managing and monitoring the HACCP system, ensuring compliance with food safety standards across all production processes. You will oversee processes from a quality perspective, apply current food regulations and international standards (IFS Food, BRCGS, FSSC 22000), and actively participate in internal and external audits. Additionally, you will collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes.

Job requirements

Education: Higher Technician in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control, Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Technical Engineering, Chemistry, or related degrees.

Experience: Between 2 and 3 years in the food industry.

Technical knowledge: Handling HACCP systems, experience with international food safety standards (IFS Food, BRCGS, FSSC 22000), and knowledge of food regulations.

Personal skills: Teamwork ability, orientation towards continuous improvement, commitment, initiative, and motivation for professional development in the quality area.
