RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist plant personnel by helping with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of hardware and software.
- Resolve IT incidents in the production area to ensure continuity of the production process.
- Stay updated in the IT field by attending training sessions.
- Participate in preparing reports for decision-making, establishing improvements, and reporting to other areas.
- Maintain data security and participate in the design and delivery of training and informational activities related to your area of work.
- Perform the monthly inventory, organize IT warehouse materials, and carry out the purchase of necessary materials.
- Uphold the values of UVESA.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum education: Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) in Computer Systems Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of the entire communications and production system.
- Understanding of the production process.
- Knowledge of office software tools.
- Availability to work rotating afternoon and night shifts.
- Driver's license and car.
