In this position, you will be responsible for...
You will manage employee registrations, deregistrations, and data changes with Social Security, as well as the preparation and management of contract extensions, conversions, and modifications. You will advise clients on labor and Social Security matters, correctly interpreting and applying Collective Bargaining Agreements and monitoring legislative changes that may affect them.
You will prepare monthly payrolls, calculate salaries, bonuses, allowances, overtime, extra payments, arrears, severance pay, and final settlements, ensuring the correct application of Collective Bargaining Agreements and reviewing income tax withholdings. You will also handle the preparation and submission of Social Security contributions, control contribution bases and settlements, as well as processing reports and situations related to temporary disability and other labor incidents.
You will prepare disciplinary letters, dismissal notices, and other labor communications, as well as attend conciliation hearings and manage communications and requests from labor authorities.
What we look for in your profile
Education: Degree in Law.
Experience: At least 2-3 years in labor advisory, professional firm, or company specialized in labor management.
Technical knowledge: Labor Law and Social Security, handling main Collective Bargaining Agreements, experience with labor management software and Social Security tools.
Skills: Excellent client relations, sense of responsibility, confidentiality, professionalism, oral and written communication, service quality orientation.
Languages: English.
We would love for you to bring
Previous experience: In labor advisory and managing your own client portfolio.
Additional knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements, experience in conciliation hearings, handling the RED System, experience with payroll and labor management programs, experience with dismissals, sanctions, contracts, final settlements, and severance pay, good level of IT and office software skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate with the Tax and Accounting departments.
Job details
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 and two afternoons from 17:00 to 19:00 (Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday).
Salary: According to collective agreement or experience provided.
Work mode: On-site in a creative and collaborative environment.
