What does this job involve?

Business consultancy with extensive experience is looking to add a person with experience in labor relations to their team, to strengthen the payroll and social security department. They will join a well-established team in a professional and dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities:

 

Monthly preparation of payrolls and social security contributions.

Management of registrations, deregistrations, and changes in Social Security.

Preparation and submission of employment contracts.

Processing of labor incidents and coordination with clients.

Handling and resolution of basic labor queries.

Collaboration with the rest of the department on campaigns and monthly closings.

 

Requirements:

 

University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Labor Sciences, or similar.

Proven experience in labor relations within business consultancies.

Practical knowledge of labor regulations, Social Security, and RED systems.

Proficiency in labor management software tools.

Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

 

 

Handling and resolution of basic labor queries.

Collaboration with the rest of the department on campaigns and monthly closings.
