Senior Civil Works Supervisor - Valladolid

Construction company specialized in Civil Works is looking for a Senior Civil Works Supervisor to lead the organization, coordination, and supervision of our projects in Castilla y León. Our headquarters are in Valladolid, and we manage works in various provinces of the region.

In this position, you will assume key responsibilities

You will be responsible for the daily organization, coordination, and supervision of civil works tasks, distributing duties and coordinating operators, machine operators, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will control the execution according to plans, technical specifications, and guidelines from the project management, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality and safety standards.

Additionally, you will monitor performance, measurements, and production, as well as control materials, machinery, and auxiliary means necessary for execution. You will supervise earthworks, grading, trenches, service networks, drainage, pavements, road surfaces, and urbanization works, maintaining continuous communication with the site manager and resolving incidents during execution.

Job requirements

Experience: Minimum 15 years as a civil works supervisor.

Proven experience: In urbanization works, earthmoving, service networks, roads, pavements, or other civil infrastructures.

Skills: Ability to organize teams, coordinate machinery, personnel, and subcontractors. Practical knowledge of plan interpretation, staking out, measurements, and execution control.

Profile: Responsible, proactive, organized person with leadership skills.

Availability: To work on projects located in various provinces of Castilla y León.

Driver's license: Type B.
