Join Café Bar Ateneo as an Experienced Bartender

In the heart of the San Telmo neighborhood, Palencia, our Café Bar Ateneo offers you the opportunity to be part of a team in a friendly and calm environment. We are looking for a bartender with at least three years of experience for a full-time position, who values close customer service and commitment both to clients and colleagues.

Your daily responsibilities

You will serve our regular customers at the bar and dining area, ensuring friendly and efficient service. Additionally, you will help maintain the premises in optimal condition by participating in daily cleaning and organization.

What you need to be able to do

Experience: minimum three years performing similar duties in bars or cafés.

Attitude: we seek hardworking, honest individuals focused on good customer relations, eager to join a stable and collaborative team.

How you will work with us

Location: Calle París, 2, San Telmo neighborhood, Palencia.

Schedule: full-time.

Contract type: replacement contract to cover a leave, with an estimated duration of approximately one year and possibility of continuation through a permanent contract.

Salary: from 1,200 euros per month, with the possibility of bonuses based on performance.

Environment: calm and family-friendly, with busier moments during peak hours.
