2. PURPOSES
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, the data provided when creating your account or profile will be processed to:
- Share your data with the person or company offering the position so that you can register for it.
- Manage the service requested. We will send you communications including reminders, confirmation of registration for job offers, changes in the status of your applications, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support messages, and others.
- Allow companies to view your CV. The data you include in your CV will be visible to companies. If a company is interested in your profile, they may contact you.
- Send you messages from Jobfie to inform you of improvements or news in our products and services, as well as tips to help you improve your CV, how to prepare for an interview, etc.
- Use the chat service. Companies may start a conversation with you within a selection process. We review messages to prevent fraud or misuse of our services.
- Send you job offers and employment alerts. We will process your CV data, job searches and applications to notify you of job offers that best match your profile.
- Send you candidates who may match the requirements of your job offers.
- Create a website within Jobfie ("work with us" page) where the public job offers you create will be displayed.
- Create your professional profile visible on the internet if you activate this option.
- Show you smart, personalised advertising based on your browsing data (cookies).
- Improve our services and products by studying your behaviour as a user.
- Prevent abuse and fraud in the use of our services (spam, attacks, etc.).
- In accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce, send you informational communications about products, services, events or promotions from partner companies that may be of interest to you, provided you have given your express consent.
- Transfer of data to public bodies and authorities, when required in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.
3. COMMUNICATIONS WITH CANDIDATES VIA WHATSAPP
If the candidate voluntarily provides their contact phone number during the registration process in their candidate profile, SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 S.L. may use the WhatsApp instant messaging service for the purposes described below.
Purpose of Processing:
The use of this channel aims to streamline and improve communication with the candidate. The specific purposes for which their phone number will be processed via WhatsApp are:
- Application management: To facilitate the management and resolution of queries, questions or possible issues that may arise within an active selection process.
- Information correction: To contact the candidate to request additional information or the correction of incomplete or incorrect data in their profile or application, in order to ensure proper evaluation.
- Job notifications: To send proactive notifications about new job offers managed by SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 S.L. that are considered relevant to the candidate's professional profile.
Legal Basis:
The legal basis for processing their phone number for the purposes described is the express consent of the data subject, given by the positive action of providing their phone number and accepting this Privacy Policy. The candidate is not obliged to provide their phone for these communications, and refusal will not affect their chances in standard selection processes.
Right to object and withdraw consent:
The candidate has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, easily and free of charge. To do so, they may:
- Disable Jobfie notifications: directly in their user panel, in the "Notification Settings" section. This action will revoke consent for future WhatsApp communications.
- Exercise their right to object or request deletion of their data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at responsabledatos@email.jobfie.es
Third parties and international transfers:
We inform you that the WhatsApp messaging service is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., a company located in the United States. Use of this channel necessarily involves an international transfer of your data (at least your phone number and communication metadata) to that country. By consenting to this communication, you accept such transfer, over which SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 S.L. has no control. We recommend reading WhatsApp's Privacy Policy to understand how they process your personal data. SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 S.L. only uses WhatsApp as a communication channel, and this does not imply a transfer of other profile data to that entity.
4. PARTNER COMPANY COMMUNICATIONS
Information on third-party commercial communications
Purpose of Processing:
In accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce, with your express consent, SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL may send you informational communications about products, services, events, promotions or activities of partner companies that may be of professional interest to you. These communications will be sent through the following channels:
- Email: Sending newsletters, promotions and commercial communications from partner companies.
- WhatsApp: Informational messages about events, services or special promotions.
- Phone calls: Informational communications about products or services that may be of interest to you.
Legal Basis:
The legal basis for processing your data for this purpose is your express consent, which you may give or withdraw at any time. This consent is independent of consent for use of the main Jobfie service.
Right to object and withdraw consent:
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, easily and free of charge. To do so, you may:
- Manage your preferences: Access the "Notification Settings" section in your user panel and disable partner company communications.
- Exercise your rights: Contact our Data Protection Officer at responsabledatos@email.jobfie.es to request deletion of your data or exercise your right to object.
- Unsubscribe links: Use the "unsubscribe" links included in each commercial communication you receive.
Information on third parties:
Partner companies that send communications through our channels are entities that have established commercial agreements with SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL. These companies undertake to comply with applicable data protection regulations and not to use your data for purposes other than those authorised.
Data retention:
Data used for these communications will be retained for as long as you keep your consent active. Once consent is withdrawn, data will be deleted from commercial communication systems, although it may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.

How long will we keep your data?
Data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, and may be deleted upon request by the data subject, and for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
6. LEGAL BASIS
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
It derives from a legal basis in terms of execution and consent of a contract related to these purposes and the legitimate interest of SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL, in compliance with current legislation.
7. RECIPIENTS
Who will your data be disclosed to?
Your data will be visible to Companies whose offers you register for or that search for profiles in our database.
Your data may also be accessed by providers that provide services to SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL (hosting, messaging, etc.), with whom we have signed the corresponding data processor agreements.
For partner company communications, your contact data (email, phone) may only be shared with those companies that have established commercial agreements with SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL and always with your prior express consent.
Likewise, your personal data may be transferred to the competent authorities when there is a legal obligation.
8. RIGHTS
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
You have the right to access your personal data, request the correction of inaccurate data or its deletion. You may also object to processing, request its limitation or exercise your right to data portability.
You may exercise these rights through the links enabled in your user account or in the emails you receive from SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL. You may also contact us by post at the address indicated in section 1, indicating "Data Protection" on the envelope.
For partner company communications, you can manage your preferences directly in the "Notification Settings" section of your user account, where you can enable or disable this type of communication at any time.
We inform you that you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency regarding any claim arising from the processing of your personal data.

10. USER DATA OBTAINED THROUGH GOOGLE APIs
Information on the use of Google Sign-In
To facilitate registration and login on the platform, Jobfie offers the possibility of authenticating through the "Google Sign-In" service. When using this feature, SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL will request your explicit consent through Google's authorisation screen to access certain data from your Google account, associated with the requested permissions (scopes).
Data accessed:
The specific types of Google user data we access, with the user's prior authorisation, are:
- Primary email address: Obtained from the .../auth/userinfo.email permission.
- Basic profile information: This includes your full name, surname and the URL of your public profile photo. Obtained from the .../auth/userinfo.profile permission.
- OpenID unique identifier: An alphanumeric code that allows us to securely associate your Google account with your profile on Jobfie to verify your identity. Obtained from the openid permission.
Jobfie will only access and process data for which the user has given express consent during this authorisation process.
Use, Storage and Processing of Google Data:
Processing of data obtained from Google is strictly limited to the following purposes:
- Use: Data (such as name, email and profile photo) are used to create, verify and authenticate the user's account on Jobfie, as well as to pre-fill the corresponding fields in their professional profile. The openid identifier is used exclusively to link the Google account to the Jobfie profile and facilitate future logins.
- Storage: Data obtained from Google (such as email, name, profile photo URL and Google unique identifier) are stored securely on our servers, associated with the user's internal profile on Jobfie. This data is protected with the same security measures as the rest of the user's personal information, as described in this policy.
- Sharing: SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL does not share user data obtained through Google APIs with any third party, except when strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes of the service (such as communicating your email to a company you voluntarily register with) or when there is a legal obligation, as described in section 7 ("RECIPIENTS") of this policy.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Jobfie to any other application will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. USER DATA OBTAINED THROUGH LINKEDIN APIs
Information on the use of LinkedIn Sign-In
To facilitate registration and login on the platform, Jobfie also offers the possibility of authenticating through the "LinkedIn Sign-In" service. When using this feature, SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL will request your explicit consent through LinkedIn's authorisation screen to access certain data from your LinkedIn professional profile, associated with the requested permissions (scopes).
Data accessed:
The specific types of LinkedIn user data we access, with the user's prior authorisation, are:
- Primary email address: Obtained from the r_emailaddress permission.
- Basic profile information: This includes your full name, surname, professional profile photo and location. Obtained from the r_liteprofile permission.
- Basic professional information: Data such as your current position, company and public professional summary. Obtained from the r_liteprofile permission.
- LinkedIn unique identifier: An alphanumeric code that allows us to securely associate your LinkedIn account with your profile on Jobfie to verify your professional identity.
Jobfie will only access and process data for which the user has given express consent during this authorisation process.
Use, Storage and Processing of LinkedIn Data:
Processing of data obtained from LinkedIn is strictly limited to the following purposes:
- Use: Professional data (such as name, email, profile photo, current position and company) are used to create, verify and authenticate the user's account on Jobfie, as well as to pre-fill the corresponding fields in their professional profile and CV. The LinkedIn unique identifier is used exclusively to link the LinkedIn account to the Jobfie profile and facilitate future logins.
- Storage: Data obtained from LinkedIn (such as email, name, professional profile photo, work information and LinkedIn unique identifier) are stored securely on our servers, associated with the user's internal profile on Jobfie. This data is protected with the same security measures as the rest of the user's personal information, as described in this policy.
- Sharing: SELECCION DIGITAL 3.0 SL does not share user data obtained through LinkedIn APIs with any third party, except when strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes of the service (such as communicating your professional information to a company you voluntarily register with) or when there is a legal obligation, as described in section 7 ("RECIPIENTS") of this policy.
The use and transfer of information received from LinkedIn APIs by Jobfie will be in accordance with LinkedIn's Privacy Policy and LinkedIn API Terms of Use, always respecting the use limits set by LinkedIn for third-party applications.
Right to object and withdraw consent: You may revoke Jobfie's access to your LinkedIn account at any time through your LinkedIn account privacy settings, in the "Apps and services" section. This action will revoke consent for future communications and access to your LinkedIn data.
