Mechanical/Electrical Installations Construction Manager

In this role, you will lead...

You will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of mechanical/electrical installation projects, managing both the technical and financial aspects. Your main duties will include planning, monitoring, and controlling the site work, as well as preparing purchase orders, budgets, certifications, and invoicing.

Job Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in electrical and mechanical installations in industrial buildings.

Technical documentation: Ability to understand and work with project technical documentation and carry out certifications.

Management: Skills in planning, management, and teamwork.

Availability: Immediate full-time availability. Mobility to travel within the Balearic Islands and the Caribbean.

Sector experience: Previous experience in executing installations in hotels and luxury villas.
