Receptionist - Winery Guide in Laguardia

Are you passionate about customer service and the world of food and wine? At Villa-Lucía Gastronomic Space, located in the heart of Rioja Alavesa, we are looking to add a Receptionist who will also serve as a guide for our facilities and events. You will be part of a unique environment that combines quality gastronomy, tradition, and sensory experiences in a space recognized for its commitment to local products and Basque-Riojan culture.

In this role, you will be the first face of Villa-Lucía and Bodega El Fabulista, welcoming our clients and visitors. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to guide them through our spaces and events, conveying the essence and values of our food and wine and cultural offering.

Job Requirements

Experience: At least 12 months of experience in a similar role is required, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or customer service environments.

Languages: Intermediate level of English, sufficient to assist and guide international visitors.

Skills: Proven ability in customer service and a friendly approach, as well as communication skills to conduct guided tours.

Availability: Weekend availability is essential.

Mobility: Having your own vehicle to facilitate access to our facilities in Laguardia, Álava, will be valued.

Education: Higher education related to tourism, hospitality, or related fields will be positively considered.
