What does this job involve?

We are looking for a professional preferably with 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager, accustomed to managing full renovations, who provides technical solidity and customer orientation, to carry out minor works (budgets below €100,000):

Planning and technical supervision of construction

Management of workers and subcontractors

Financial control and cost monitoring

Compliance with regulations and safety

Direct customer interaction and service

Comprehensive management of turnkey projects
