Construction Supervisor Valladolid

We are looking to hire a Site Supervisor for a rehabilitation project in Valladolid.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the various trades on site, as well as the daily operational planning, task assignment to crews, and monitoring compliance with the milestones established in the schedule. Key duties include reading and interpreting plans, technical verification of execution according to the project, and efficient management of supplies and materials to avoid production stoppages.

We seek a profile with technical authority, leadership skills, and the ability to resolve unforeseen issues on site. It is essential to have the 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course (specialized in construction/site supervision), and having the 60-hour PRL training (Preventive Resource) will be highly valued. Proven experience as a site supervisor is required, along with broad knowledge of construction trades and proficiency in masonry. Additionally, a driver's license and own vehicle are necessary to ensure mobility.
