What does this job involve?

Encargada de Tienda para Horchatería/Heladería.

Buscamos persona con experiencia demostrable en ser encargada de tienda, personal y operativa, con liderazgo natural y una mentalidad resolutiva para asumir la gestión de una de nuestras tiendas.

No buscamos únicamente  a alguien que supervise la operativa diaria, queremos incorporar a un profesional capaz de detectar oportunidades de mejora, optimizar procesos, motivar al equipo, que aporte nuevas ideas y contribuya con una experiencia inmejorable para nuestros clientes, así como también atraiga y fidelice nuestra clientela.

Si crees que cuentas con estas habilidades, no tienes problema en trabajar bajo presión, eres organizado y sientes pasión por hacer que las cosas funcionen cada vez mejor, queremos conocerte.
