Construction Supervisor (Electrical Installations) in Mexico.

At TALAT, we are looking for an Electrical Installations Supervisor to manage and coordinate projects in the engineering and production sector. The selected person will be responsible for planning, defining, and controlling the daily tasks on site, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include technical optimization to improve project margins, defining and managing resources (labor and materials), as well as supervising compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.

Proven experience as a site supervisor, with responsibility and the ability to coordinate teams, is essential. Additionally, availability to travel and experience coordinating with different internal departments and suppliers will be positively valued. Leadership skills, autonomous management of varied workloads, and the ability to interact with different stakeholders will be key to successfully performing this role.

The position is based at the Mexico Office to start a hotel project in Isla Mujeres.
