Experienced Cook - Permanent Contract

At UMAMI PERU SL, under the brand Amancaes, we are looking to add an Experienced Cook to our team for our restaurant in Valencia, located at Conde Altea 39. Amancaes is a gastronomic space that blends Peruvian and Mediterranean cuisine, offering a fusion proposal with quality ingredients and a unique story behind each dish. Our atmosphere is modern, warm, and welcoming, ideal for those who enjoy unpretentious gastronomy and value excellence in every detail.

We are looking for a Cook with previous experience in restaurant kitchens and knowledge of Peruvian or Latin American cuisine. It is essential that the selected person is quick, organized, and able to work confidently in a dynamic environment. Additionally, availability to work split shifts and weekends is required, showing flexibility and commitment to the team.

We offer a permanent contract for a full-time 40-hour workweek, with a salary according to the hospitality agreement plus tips. You will enjoy two days off per week in an environment that values talent and passion for quality cooking.
