Morning shift kitchen assistant, cook in Getaria

At Politena, an iconic grill house located in the heart of Getaria since 1968, we are looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant or Cook with previous experience of between 1 and 3 years in a similar position. Politena is renowned for its tradition in grilled cuisine, where charcoal is the soul of our culinary style, and for its pintxos bar that combines the best of tradition and innovation, always prioritizing local and seasonal products.

The selected person will be responsible for pre-preparation. We are looking for a committed profile, capable of leading the kitchen team and maintaining the high quality standards that characterize our establishment.

We offer a permanent full-time contract, with a stable schedule from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with no night shifts, allowing excellent work-life balance.
