Senior Full Stack Developer (Hybrid)

We are looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a strategic role in designing architectures, optimizing deployment processes, and professionally developing your colleagues through mentoring. You will lead the end-to-end development of complex features using technologies such as Angular, Node.js, and relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), ensuring the quality and scalability of our solutions.

Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable architectures, collaborating on improving CI/CD systems, and managing infrastructure for deployment and monitoring. Additionally, you will actively participate in code reviews, technical decision-making, and translating functional requirements into technical specifications, identifying blockers, and estimating efforts.

We are looking for a profile with at least 5 years of Full Stack development experience, proficiency in Angular (or similar frameworks like React or Vue), and experience with PWA. Solid experience with Node.js (Native, Express.js, or AdonisJS) is essential, as well as in designing and optimizing relational databases. Knowledge of Clean Architecture, declarative/reactive paradigms in frontend and functional paradigms in backend, experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes), use of AI tools applied to development, and English proficiency will be valued.
