Minimum requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in food service (experience in restaurants with gastronomic recognition or fine dining will be positively valued).
Attitude: Proactive person, with excellent communication skills, empathy, elegance in dealing with others, and the ability to work as part of a team under high-quality standards.
Your main duties
Provide an exceptional welcome and customer service, conveying the essence and history of our establishment.
Present and explain the gastronomic proposal and tasting menu fluently and with product knowledge.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure the perfect pace of the front-of-house service.
Maintain, set up, and prepare the assigned section before, during, and after service.
Assist in beverage service and support the sommellerie team.
