What does this job involve?

At Quesos la Vasco Navarra, S.A. / Quesos Albeniz, we are looking to add to our Export team a person with a strong commercial profile, results-oriented, with a clear vocation for sales in international environments and experience in the food sector, with particular value given to the dairy or cheese sector.

 

Job mission

Develop and execute sales plans in the assigned markets, following the guidelines of the Commercial Management, with the aim of achieving and exceeding billing targets, driving growth, and consolidating the company's international presence.

This is a predominantly commercial position, with high field activity and a strong availability to travel internationally.

 

Main responsibilities

Intensive commercial activity: Planning and carrying out recurring commercial visits to clients and distributors in the food sector, especially in the area of cheeses and dairy products.

Client management and development: Product presentation, negotiation, closing sales, and continuous follow-up to ensure the achievement of objectives.

Market prospecting and opening: Active identification of new business opportunities and acquisition of new clients within the food channel and dairy sector.

Portfolio management: Loyalty and development of existing clients, ensuring a high level of service.

Commercial analysis and strategy: Monitoring results, market analysis, and trends in the international cheese sector, and participation in defining strategic actions.

Internal coordination: Working together with Commercial Management and other departments to ensure the correct execution of operations.

 

Profile requirements

Essential experience in the food sector, with particular value given to experience in cheeses or dairy products.

Previous experience in commercial positions with a strong sales orientation and achievement of objectives.

High level of English; other languages will be valued.

Full availability to travel frequently (essential).

Autonomous, proactive person with strong negotiation skills.

High organizational capacity and results orientation.

Fluent use of digital tools.

Ability to work in a team.
