Electrical Engineer - Installations

In this position you will take on…

The management, coordination, and execution of electrical and mechanical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements agreed with the client.

Budget control of projects and proposing areas for improvement to optimize processes, applying agile methodologies within the team.

Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the quality of technical services, managing investment projects when necessary.

Collaborating in the department's document management and process standardization alongside other Talat teams.

Direct relationship with clients and suppliers, supervising the correct delivery of client deliverables.

Job requirements

Degree: University degree in Engineering or related field. A Master's degree will be valued.

Experience: At least 5 years in the execution of technical services, preferably in the hotel, hospital, sports center, or large-scale residential sectors.

Technical knowledge: HVAC systems, electricity, telecommunications, plumbing, safety, and general maintenance of installations in residential buildings.

Other requirements: Experience in technical-legal maintenance of service buildings, management with Public Administration, and energy management.

Competencies: Team management, decision-making, oral and written communication skills, ability to set and measure project objectives.

Availability: For national and international travel.
