At FLEISCHMANN'S COOKING GROUP SL, the company managing the iconic Txoko Getaria restaurant, we want to add a Kitchen Assistant to our team. Under the direction of Chef Enrique Fleischmann and Maialen Gereka, Txoko Getaria has been a benchmark in grill tradition since 1953 and is currently undergoing a renewal phase, combining the essence of Basque cuisine with culinary innovation.

You will support the kitchen team in the preliminary preparation of ingredients, taking care of cleaning, cutting, and portioning food. You will participate in plating and presentation of dishes, following the instructions of the station chefs, and help maintain standards of cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving and storing goods, ensuring proper product rotation.
What we look for in your profile
Experience: Extensive previous experience is not essential, although experience in hospitality environments and basic cooking knowledge will be valued.
Attitude: Proactivity, teamwork skills, physical agility, and willingness to learn quickly.
Residence: Residence in Getaria or nearby towns is preferred.
