Academia del Transportista S.L. is looking to hire an Accounting Technician to work on-site at our facilities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the company's accounting and administrative management, ensuring the correct recording and control of economic and financial operations.
Main Responsibilities
Recording and accounting of supplier and customer invoices.
Bank reconciliations.
Management of collections and payments.
Preparation of monthly and annual accounting closings.
Support in tax preparation and fiscal obligations.
Document control and filing of accounting information.
Preparation of reports and monitoring of financial indicators.
Collaboration with external advisors and audits.
Requirements
Education in Accounting, Administration and Finance, Business Administration or similar.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in accounting positions.
Proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
Knowledge of accounting management programs.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Own vehicle (mandatory requirement) to commute to the workplace.
