Your Mission in the Role
In coordination with the Maintenance Manager, you will be the key specialist within the plant. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, prioritizing tasks, and acting quickly to minimize downtime.
- Industrial maintenance.
- Locating and repairing electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical faults.
- Direct work on electrical panels, motors, boilers, HVAC/ventilation systems, variable frequency drives, and auxiliary plant equipment.
- Support in the plant's environmental control and water treatment systems (you will receive specific internal training from the company).
- Continuous improvement: Assembly, inspection, and optimization of installations to ensure maximum efficiency.

Who We Are Looking For
To fit into the plant team, you will need to bring:
- Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial environments, food processing plants, or complex technical facilities.
- Solid knowledge of: Industrial electricity, automation, electrical panels, industrial electronics, and instrumentation.
- Autonomous, organized person with initiative and a high capacity to solve problems under pressure.
