We are looking for a Head Chef for a catering center located in the Valladolid area, with immediate start and opportunities for professional development within the company.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the correct preparation and presentation of menus.
Manage raw materials, orders, and stock control.
Ensure compliance with quality and food safety procedures (HACCP).
Coordinate and lead the kitchen team.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a head chef, preferably in collective catering (residences, hospitals, schools, etc.).
Experience with the latest generation RATIONAL equipment.
Problem-solving and committed to service quality.
Residence in Valladolid or nearby areas.
Availability for immediate start.
We offer:
Permanent position
Initial 3-month contract + permanent
Full-time: 40h/week
Schedule from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with two consecutive and rotating days off per week
45 days of vacation according to the collective agreement
