Experienced Waiter/Waitress - 30 hours per week

El Faro de la Flora S.L combines casual dining with the best afternoon social atmosphere and cocktail bar experience. Our gastronomic offering is based on small plates, avant-garde tapas, and international dishes, accompanied by a carefully selected range of premium drinks and cocktails. The atmosphere evolves from midday to night, providing a unique experience for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for...

Serving customers in both the dining area and bar, ensuring fast and professional service during lunch and dinner as well as drink and cocktail service. You will be part of a team that values personalized attention and quality in every detail, adapting to different times of the day: from vermouth and afternoon socializing to the nighttime vibe.

Job requirements

Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is essential, preferably in gastrobars, cocktail bars, or venues offering both food and cocktail service.

Job details

Working hours: 30 hours per week.

Overtime: Paid according to the collective agreement.

Days off: Two and a half days off per week to support work-life balance.

Schedule: Afternoon shifts on weekdays and midday or afternoon shifts on weekends.
