We are looking for an Architect with experience in preparing public tenders and managing a technical office. The main role will be to lead the technical justification, budget control, and thorough documentation recording to ensure success in state and local bids.
Main Responsibilities
1. Public Tender Management (Bidding)
Specification Analysis: Study the technical and administrative bases (PCAP and PPT).
Proposal Writing: Prepare technical reports, methodologies, and work programs.
Administrative Documentation: Prepare and organize requirements for contracting platforms (DEUC, certificates, solvency documents).
2. Technical Office and Budget Control
Economic Studies: Perform measurements, valuations, and cost analyses of projects.
Budget Optimization: Detect deviations and propose economic improvements (value engineering).
Technical Software: Use budgeting tools to generate competitive and realistic offers.
3. Document Registration and Control (High Capacity)
Institutional Filing: Maintain a rigorous, organized, and up-to-date record of all submitted bids.
Deadline Control: Ensure strict compliance with submission deadlines.
Database: Manage the history of tenders, market prices, and company documentation.
Required Profile
Education and Experience
Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect) or Technical Architecture.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles within technical offices or public procurement departments.
Technical Skills
Budgeting: Advanced proficiency in Presto, Arquímedes, or equivalent programs.
Design and Measurements: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
Regulations: Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) and Technical Building Code (CTE).
