About the Club
La Galera Country Club is a social and sports facility with over 56 years of history, offering various activity areas including golf, paddle tennis, tennis, gym, dining, and social events.
To strengthen our team, we are looking to hire an Access Control and Services Assistant, a key role to ensure the proper operation of the facilities, user safety, and compliance with the club's internal rules.
Position Mission
Ensure proper access control to the facilities, assist in maintaining order in common areas, and provide operational support to the club's different departments as needed.
Main Responsibilities
Access Control
• Monitor club entrances and verify the membership status, subscription, guest, or authorized user status of individuals entering the facilities.
• Request identification from those whose user status requires verification, following established internal procedures.
• Inform and guide members, guests, and visitors about basic access rules and facility usage.
Facility Supervision
• Ensure proper use of the facilities and adherence to the club's internal rules.
• Detect and report incidents, malfunctions, or unusual situations to the relevant department.
• Assist in maintaining general order across the club's various areas.
Operational Support
• Provide auxiliary support to the Reception and Maintenance departments.
• Assist with moving and arranging furniture for events and activities.
• Open and close barriers, entrances, and spaces as required.
• Perform other auxiliary tasks necessary for the daily smooth operation of the facility.
Profile We Are Looking For
We seek a responsible person with initiative and a service-oriented mindset, capable of maintaining a professional attitude at all times and interacting appropriately with members, users, and visitors.
We Especially Value:
• Previous experience in access control, concierge, customer service, auxiliary security, or general services roles.
• Ability to act politely, firmly, and with good judgment in situations requiring user identification or control.
• Skill to work independently and in an organized manner.
• Good physical condition to perform auxiliary and operational tasks.

What We Offer
• Full-time contract with immediate start until September 15. Working hours from 1 pm to 9 pm in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.
• Annual gross salary of €17,094.
