You will be fully responsible for the operational, financial, and culinary quality management of our restaurant.
Your duties: Designing menus, seasonal dishes, and specials. Leading, motivating, and organizing kitchen team shifts. Controlling stock, placing orders, and negotiating with suppliers. Ensuring strict compliance with HACCP and safety regulations. Supervising costing and maintaining food costs according to targets.
- Requirements/Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in similar culinary management positions.
- Education: Training in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Gastronomic Management.
- Skills: Decisive leadership, ability to work under pressure, and business acumen.

We are looking for a dynamic cook with experience in Mediterranean cuisine, with avant-garde touches without losing the traditional reference, to join our team immediately.
Your duties? Prepare and cook menu dishes following technical sheets. Maintain order and absolute cleanliness in your station. Assist with receiving and storing goods. Ensure correct plating and smooth service flow.
- Requirements/Experience: Minimum 2 years working in active kitchen stations.
- Education: Vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy (highly valued).
- Attitude: Teamwork, punctuality, and mental agility. Valid food handler’s certificate.
