In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients following the house standards. Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and sanitized, complying with all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborating closely with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure efficient service, especially during peak times.
What we look for in your profile
Experience: Previous experience in fast-paced commercial kitchens is valued, although a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are fundamental.
Skills: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Collaborative mindset and sense of responsibility.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish. Knowledge of English will be considered a plus.
