The job involves providing care and support at home, assisting people with daily tasks such as hygiene, feeding, mobility, cleaning, and companionship. Additionally, you will help manage medication and carry out activities that contribute to maintaining their autonomy and well-being.

What do you need to know how to do?

It is not essential to have the Professional Certificate in Social and Health Care or an equivalent qualification, as we can help you obtain the certification, but previous experience in home care and knowledge of care techniques for dependent people will be valued. Empathy, patience, and communication skills are essential to successfully perform this role.

What makes you stand out?

It would be a plus if you have knowledge of first aid, handling mobility techniques, and if you have a driver’s license and your own vehicle, even better.

How will you work with us?

We offer a permanent contract from the start, ensuring job stability. The schedule will be flexible, adapting to the needs of each user and their family environment. The gross annual salary ranges between €17,000 and €19,000.

You will receive ongoing training to improve your skills and knowledge, in a work environment where human quality and commitment are top priorities. The work area will be in different parts of Tenerife, but always within the same zone, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience in different contexts.
