Prevention and Labor Administration Technician in La Seca

Bodega Cuatro Rayas S. Coop. Agroalimentaria, a benchmark in the wine sector and recognized for its commitment to sustainability and innovation, is looking to hire a Occupational Health and Labor Administration Technician for its Human Resources team in La Seca, Valladolid.

You will be part of a cooperative with more than 300 members and a growing workforce, a leader in the production of Verdejo wines with strong international projection.

In this position, you will be responsible for...

Collaborating with the External Prevention Service in risk assessment and monitoring of the preventive planning, as well as managing the Coordination of Business Activities. You will organize training and informational actions in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) and keep preventive documentation up to date, supporting the ISO 45001 management system.

In the labor administration area, you will manage payroll, contracts, extensions, modifications, and renewals, as well as process registrations, deregistrations, and changes with Social Security. You will also support social security management, labor obligations, communications with official bodies, and the improvement and digitalization of Human Resources tools.

Job requirements

Qualification: Intermediate Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP); Higher Technician will be valued.

Education: Administration and Finance, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or similar.

Experience: Experience in labor administration, payroll, and risk prevention is valued.

Technical knowledge: Intermediate to advanced level of Excel and sufficient English for technical documentation.
