Spare Parts Manager

Established company in Valladolid, committed to service quality and customer satisfaction. Looking to hire a Spare Parts Manager to optimize warehouse management, purchasing, and department supplies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, organize, and supervise the daily activities of the spare parts warehouse

- Manage parts procurement by placing orders with manufacturers and suppliers according to demand and consumption forecasts

- Control inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing stockouts and obsolescence

- Oversee the reception, storage, placement, and dispatch of spare parts

- Coordinate the supply of parts to the workshop to ensure repair and maintenance deadlines are met

- Assist and advise customers in identifying and selling spare parts and accessories

- Analyze management indicators (stock turnover, availability, sales, margins, obsolescence, service level, etc.) and promote improvement actions

- Implement procedures that optimize operational efficiency and warehouse traceability

- Lead, train, and evaluate the spare parts team, fostering a customer-oriented and continuous improvement work environment

- Collaborate with sales, workshop, and administration departments to improve coordination and customer service

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

- Higher Vocational Training or studies related to logistics, administration, electromechanics, and machinery

- Technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and its components

- Inventory management and warehouse logistics

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ERPs

- Interpretation of electronic catalogs and machinery breakdowns

- Knowledge of management indicators (KPIs)

- Forklift operation

WHAT WILL BE VALUED?

- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in primary sector machinery, construction machinery, automotive, or industrial vehicles

- Previous experience in team coordination or management

- B2 level of English

WHAT IS OFFERED:

- Working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
