What are we looking for?

Caser Servicios wants to add several Nursing Assistants/Geroculturists to our team for our Laguna Residence.

Reporting directly to the Supervisor of our Laguna Residence, your mission will be to provide direct care to residents in carrying out daily living activities where they need support, depending on their level of dependency, as well as personal care and care of their environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

Personal hygiene of the users.

Assisting with feeding.

Performing postural changes.

Accompanying the users.

And in general, ensuring that all basic needs of the person are met: dressing, feeding, hydration, elimination, leisure, relationships, etc.

Requirements

Possess at least one of the following qualifications:

Technician in Auxiliary Nursing Care (or equivalent title: Clinical Auxiliary Technician, Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician, or Nursing Auxiliary Technician)

Technician in Care for People in Situations of Dependency (or equivalent title: Social and Health Care Technician)

Professional Certificate in Social and Health Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions.
