We are looking for an Assembly Supervisor with experience in precast concrete. Reporting to the Technical Management, you will lead the assembly team on site, overseeing safety, quality, and project deadlines.
Your main responsibilities
Material management: Coordinate and supervise the reception, unloading, and storage of precast elements on site.
Assembly supervision: Lead the assembly teams and machinery (cranes), ensuring the correct fitting of the pieces.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL): Implement the Health and Safety Plan, monitor the use of PPE, and ensure strict compliance with prevention regulations.
Quality control: Verify layout markings, joints, and final finishes of the structure.
Issue resolution: Manage unforeseen events on site and coordinate solutions with the technical office.
Profile sought
Mobility: Availability to travel between sites nationwide.
Prevention: Mandatory to have the specific Occupational Risk Prevention course according to the Construction Agreement (60h + 6h).
Skills: Digital competencies, problem-solving attitude, organization, and firmness in safety management.
Experience: Preferably at least 2 years in assembly of precast concrete structures (industrial warehouses, buildings, civil works).
