We are looking for professionals skilled in floor service, with excellent appearance and attention to detail to ensure the success of weddings, conferences, corporate dinners, and exclusive events.

What we offer

Contract: Fixed-term intermittent (job stability in a constantly evolving sector).

Working hours: Full-time.

Work mode: On-site in Castelldefels.

Salary: Competitive range according to agreement/merit (€1,000 - €3,000 gross/month).

Start date: Immediate.

Your main responsibilities

Setup and preparation: Organizing tables, setting up banquet halls and buffet areas, as well as replenishing and preparing tableware, glassware, and cutlery.

Floor service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, and efficiently serving food and drinks at banquets, cocktails, or hotel restaurants.

Guest advising: Providing detailed explanations of the menu, advising on ingredients or allergens, and offering personalized attention to special requests.

Closing and payment: Processing payments, charging consumptions to the guest’s room, and clearing and resetting the space after the event.

What we are looking for in you

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a waiter/waitress in restaurants, hotels, or banquet and event services.

Education: High school diploma or hospitality and catering vocational training.

Essential skills: Proficiency in tray handling, agility in service, good appearance, and a strong customer service vocation.

Availability: Immediate start.
