In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

Conduct personalized check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a memorable experience for each guest.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage reservations efficiently.

Provide concierge services, offering tourist information and details about the hotel's services to clients.

Collaborate with other departments during peak workload times, contributing to the smooth operation of the hotel.

Job Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required, preferably in 3 or 4-star hotels.

Languages: Proficiency in English and knowledge of French. Additional language skills are a plus.

Availability: Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts.

Job Details

Salary: Between €24,000 and €36,000 gross per year.

Schedule: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
