Located in the iconic Azkuna Zentroa building, Yandiola represents the fusion of tradition and culinary innovation, focusing on creative, high-quality cuisine based on local and sustainable products.

In this position, you will be part of a dynamic and creative team

Your daily tasks will involve preparing and presenting dishes that reflect the essence of our gastronomic offering, actively participating in the creation of new recipes and the continuous improvement of kitchen processes.

You will be part of the kitchen team to ensure excellence in every service, always maintaining the quality and food safety standards that define Yandiola.
