We are looking for a person to conduct 6 workshops covering the following topics:

- Self-awareness and life purpose: personal values and identifying what brings meaning to daily life. The concept of Ikigai as a reflection tool.

• Personal strengths and psychological well-being: Identification of personal strengths (VIA model). Resilience and adaptability to change.

• Building a life project: defining meaningful goals and developing a personal plan.

 

Having your own vehicle and a driving license is essential. Also, demonstrable training in this field is required.
