Quality Technician for Suppliers and Customers Area (Processed Products) in Valladolid

In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical and documentary support to the Supplier and Client Quality area for Processed Products, collaborating in the management, monitoring, and updating of processes related to suppliers, processed product clients, labeling, audits, claims, and associated documentation, ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and client requirements under the supervision of the area Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Direct contact with UK clients.
- Support, management, and maintenance of client-related documentation.
- Monitoring of claims.
- Support in the review/approval of final labeling.
- Preparation and/or updating of technical data sheets for processed products.
- Support in the preparation of reports and reporting.
- Support in the documentary management of specific supplier approvals.
- Review and filing of supplier documentation.
- Collaboration in monitoring incidents and Non-Conformities of group suppliers.
- Updating databases, records, and documentation related to the supplier area.
- Support in the review and distribution of information related to RASFF Alerts.
- Be a guarantor of UVESA's values.

Vacancy Requirements:

- Degree in Food Science and Technology, and/or Degree or Master's related to the Food Industry.
- Solid knowledge of IFS, BRC, Food Defense regulations, and HACCP system.
- Knowledge of RD 996/2014, Welfare Quality.
- Advanced user level of MS Office.
- English level C1.
- Driver's license and car. Availability for travel between work centers nationwide.
