Agronomic Field Technician in Palencia

We work closely with farmers and livestock breeders, contributing to the labor, educational, and welfare development of the area.

We are currently looking to hire a Field Technician (Agronomic Advisory) for the province of Palencia. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting and providing technical advice to agricultural farms, as well as offering technical support during agricultural campaigns. Key duties include supporting the management of seeds for sowing, fertilizers, and phytosanitary products, as well as planning fertilization and phytosanitary treatments to optimize crop yields.

We seek a profile with basic knowledge of seeds, fertilizers, and phytosanitary products, accustomed to fieldwork and with availability for flexible hours and travel. We especially value initiative, planning and organizational skills, as well as adaptability and flexibility in facing the challenges of the agricultural environment. Previous experience on agricultural farms will be positively considered.

It is essential to have studies in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or agricultural vocational training.
