SECOND SOUS CHEF in Madrid

St. James Group is looking to add a Second Head Chef to the team for one of its restaurants in Madrid! If you love cooking and have a passion for quality, don’t hesitate, this is for you!

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in a kitchen management position is essential.

Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, fish and meat stations.

Adaptability and teamwork skills.

Leadership ability.

Team building skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes and standards, coordinating with the rest of the team.

Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.

Collaborate and support the team to ensure efficient and quality service. HACCP.

Contribute creative ideas to improve menus and the customer experience.

Stock control and costing.

Scheduling.
