JOB OFFER | SPEECH THERAPIST

Autismo Valladolid is opening a selection process to join their team a Speech Therapist at the CEE El Corro.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Initial and ongoing assessment of students' communication needs.
• Design, implementation, and monitoring of individual and group speech therapy intervention programs.
• Promotion and development of augmentative and alternative communication systems (AAC).
• Coordination with the educational team to develop individualized plans.
• Advising families and professionals on communication and language strategies.
• Recording and analyzing student progress.
• Preparation of reports, assessments, progress records, and documentation related to the individualized plan.

PROFILE

• Degree in Speech Therapy.
• Training and experience in intervention with people with autism.
• Knowledge of specific models and methodologies with scientific evidence in working with people with ASD.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Responsibility, flexibility, and professional communication skills.

⭐ PREFERRED

• Previous experience in speech therapy intervention in Special Education Centers.
• Advanced handling of AAC.
• Ability to deliver or design training workshops for families or professionals.
• Immediate availability.
