Create daily menus and à la carte dishes, combining the tradition of Basque cuisine with international proposals. You will actively participate in the planning and execution of services, ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish.

Job requirements

Experience: Proven experience in menu and à la carte preparation, as well as in Basque and international cuisine, is required.
