Experienced Cook - Permanent Contract

In this position, you will be responsible for...

Preparing a defined and simple menu focused on burgers, portions, fried dishes, pintxos, and sandwiches. You will manage the kitchen independently, organizing daily work and ensuring quality in every service.

You will handle the prior preparation of products, basic stock control and raw material needs, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness during and after service. Cleaning the griddle, fryer, utensils, and work surfaces will also be part of your responsibilities.

What we look for in your profile

Experience: Previous kitchen experience, especially in handling the griddle and fryer.

Autonomy: Ability to organize yourself and work without constant supervision.

Responsibility: Commitment, speed, and habits of cleanliness and order.

We are looking for someone who takes full responsibility for the kitchen, both in preparing dishes and in subsequent cleaning, without needing additional staff for these tasks.

Your experience on the team

Contract: Permanent, with the intention of continuity and stability.

Working hours: Preferably full-time, although part-time options will be considered depending on the profile.

Salary: According to the collective agreement, with the possibility of improvement based on experience and performance.
