Preparing and cooking dishes on the grill, managing kitchen organization and production, and performing the necessary mise en place for smooth service operation. Additionally, you must be able to work independently while always maintaining quality and cleanliness standards.

Experience: Proven experience in cooking is required, especially in handling the grill, organization, and production.

Autonomy: Ability to work alone in the kitchen, managing all necessary tasks during service.

Job Details

Schedule: Part-time from Friday to Sunday. Split shifts on Friday and Saturday; Sunday mornings only.

Workday: Possibility to extend to full-time depending on needs and performance.
